QUOTA CORE, OVERLOAD & FLEX

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

CORE, OVERLOAD and the upcoming FLEX app use Apple’s standard interface controls. The sections below describe their accessibility support and what still needs testing.

Readable text

Main screens follow your iPhone text-size setting. Some workout labels shrink to fit on one line.

Meaning beyond color

Selection, completion, rest, sync, and warning states use words, shapes, symbols, or values in addition to color.

Direct controls

Workout buttons and switches have labels. Timers and status text stay visible when sounds or vibrations are off.

VoiceOver context

Major controls include labels, values, and hints for progress, timers, equipment selection, set controls, exercise review, and destructive actions.

Current testing status

Accessibility testing remains in progress, including the upcoming FLEX app. Dense set tables, exercise browsing, long movement names, larger Dynamic Type sizes, VoiceOver ordering, Live Activities, and layouts on smaller iPhones still need testing. This page does not claim complete conformance with a particular accessibility standard.

FLEX guidance and controls

FLEX pairs illustrated movement instructions with visible timers and labeled playback controls. Voice and timer sounds can be adjusted in Settings. Spoken exercise guidance is separate from VoiceOver; it does not establish complete screen-reader support. Large text, movement-detail reading order, routine building, and playback still need further testing with accessibility tools.

Using system settings

Text size, Bold Text, Increase Contrast, VoiceOver, and other display or interaction settings are controlled in iPhone Settings. Notification sounds and haptics are optional; visible timers and status text remain available when sound or haptics are disabled.

Report a barrier

Accessibility reports are treated as bug reports. Please include which app you used, the screen or exercise, your iPhone and iOS version, the accessibility settings or assistive technology involved, and what prevented you from completing the task.
