Privacy Policy for Quota Fitness: SWIM

Summary

QUOTA SWIM (previously Swimward) reads swimming workouts, distance and stroke count from Apple Health and analyzes them on your iPhone. It does not upload or sell Health data or write completed workouts to Health. Plans, pools, cove progress and preferences stay on device. Version 1.1 also stores free Watch plan status and aggregate counts of paywall views, locked-feature taps and scheduling attempts locally; no analytics SDK or network reporting. Counts can be viewed and reset in Settings without resetting the free Watch plan. Printed-card QR codes contain only the public product URL, never swim data. Apple handles purchases and WorkoutKit scheduling. Deleting the app can remove local information; restoring a purchase does not restore it. Health workouts remain in Apple Health.

1. What Data We Collect

Quota Fitness: SWIM does not require an account. All data you create within the app is stored locally on your device.

2. How Data is Used

We use your data solely to provide the functionality of Quota Fitness: SWIM. We do not sell your data, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide core features, Quota Fitness: SWIM integrates with the following third-party services:

Apple Health (read-only workout import)
Apple WorkoutKit (workout plan scheduling)
Apple StoreKit (optional Lifetime purchase)

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because data is stored locally, you can delete all app data simply by deleting the app from your device.

Deleting this app does not delete swimming workouts held by Apple Health. Manage those in the Health app. Restoring Lifetime restores access, not locally stored plans, pools, or preferences.
